We will monitor systems and network performance, apply software patches and drivers, administer your network, user issues, and applications, support qualified hardware and be your on-call Helpdesk for questions and problems with your hardware and software.

Technology Certification - Upfront Planning for Worry Free Operation

JIL Technology will evaluate your existing technology infrastructure. JIL certification includes examination of all servers, PCs, printers, fax, network and software applications. All items to be managed will be brought up to an appropriate level to enable efficient management. Examples include: operating systems and applications updated to current supported patch level and all drivers updated.

We will also evaluate your backup and recovery procedures and if necessary suggest and implement improvements. A critical part of certification is examining your current security procedures.

If changes need to be made we will explain all of the options, costs, and consequences of changes that may or may not be made. After all required modifications are made your environment will be certified for "JIL Support", backed up and documented. This documentation will be maintained at your site and at JIL.
